Our vision is to share the responsibility of self-determination for all Aboriginal people in Winnipeg by providing quality education, training and employment opportunities through partnerships with community, educational institutions, business/industry and government.

The Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development (CAHRD) is a community-driven, non-profit human resource development organization serving Winnipeg's Aboriginal community.

The organization has operated under several names in its 26 year history, including Native Pathfinders, Winnipeg Pathfinders, Native Employment Services and Aboriginal Training and Employment Services of Manitoba, but has maintained it's focus—helping urban Aboriginal people become employed.
