CAHRD provides numerous programs and services to clients. Given that Winnipeg's Aboriginal population is continually growing, especially in the younger age groups, CAHRD seeks to provide programs and services that meet the need for growing labour demands, while at the same time allowing students the flexibility to grow and learn as individuals. The challenge for CAHRD is to provide quality education, training and employment programs to Aboriginal people so they have the qualifications and skills required to participate in the workforce today and in the future.
